Learn to construct tiered cakes for weddings and special occasions using buttercream and/or fondant. Learn the basics to tort and fill a tiered cake.  Understand the use of  dowel rods to stack cakes correctly and push-in pillars, and pillared plates to separate your tiers.  Learn how to best transport and cut a tiered cake.  Once you have completed this course your imagination and creativity is your only boundary.
