Green Country Technology Center is accepting applications for a Director of Finance (Treasurer, Activity Fund Custodian, Board Minutes Clerk). The Director of Finance will oversee most district financial operations. And is responsible for operational efficiency of all District financial procedures, activity funds, federal financial aid, and will assist superintendent in preparation of budgets, investments, and all other financial procedures. Also serves as Minutes Clerk and District Treasurer.

The minimum REQUIRED experience includes: High school diploma with the last 5yrs. of experience in school financial operations, banking, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, government, or tribal entity, finance, or equivalent. The PREFERRED candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, and a minimum of the last 3 yrs. experience in school finance, or banking, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, government, or tribal entity, or equivalent. This position is considered a non-certified professional position. Contract length is 12 months per year.

This position will maintain a positive work atmosphere by behavior in a manner that promotes positive relations with clients, customers, students, co-workers, and supervisors. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding sensitive school, client, and student information and maintain reciprocal courteous and conflict free relationship with all staff to promote a healthy conflict free work environment. Some travel may be required on a monthly basis, all travel will follow district travel policies.

Green Country Technology Center is accepting applications for a Part-time evening Phlebotomy Instructor. – START DATE:  FEBRUARY, 2018

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years FULL TIME experience as an employed Phlebotomist actively drawing blood.  Candidates will be excellent at following protocols and teaching by modules staying within the curriculum.  Knowledge of lab processing, special specimen procurement, anatomy, and general Phlebotomy needed.

• High school diploma, GED, and/or proof of completion of related vocational training program.
• Verifiable work experience including a minimum of three years
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated success in collaborating with diverse groups of employees and customers alike
• Demonstration of highest levels of integrity and professionalism in all aspects, including appearance, demeanor, and attitude
• Ability to work in an observation/coaching style environment
• Capability to prioritize, accept responsibility, and work within deadlines
• Superior organizational and problem-resolution skills
• Developed create and improvise lesson plans as seen necessary
• Solid computer software skills including Microsoft Office necessary

Adjunct part-time Safety instructors are needed to provide training to our Business and Industry customers.  Expertise is needed in the following areas:

– Industrial Safety (OSHA Compliance)
– OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 Instructor (General Industry)
– Fire Extinguisher Safety
